Pearl Service (On the day coordination) Manage on the day co-ordination of wedding. ¨ Draw up a wedding day schedule ¨ Logistics Coordination of all vendors ¨ Check set-up, table numbers and decor ¨ Arrangement of table plan where provided by bride ¨ Liaise with Caterers to ensure food/service on schedule ¨ Synchronize with MC and Band/DJ ¨ Direct guests from cocktails to dinner ¨ Assemble bridal party for entrance to reception ¨ Oversee timeliness to schedule ¨ Cue couple for all events ¨ Have all gifts packed and sent to predetermined location ¨ Secure all personal items (flutes, topper, guest book etc)
Emerald Service (Supplier Sourcing) Provide a list of 3 vendors for the client to select in one/all of the following categories: ¨ Ceremony Venue ¨ Reception Venue ¨ Hire Items ¨ Invitations ¨ Caterer ¨ Cake ¨ Florist/ Decorator ¨ Transportation ¨ Musicians/Entertainment
Diamond Service (“the full works”) Provide a list of 3 vendors for the client to select in each of the following categories: ¨ Ceremony Venue ¨ Reception Venue ¨ Hire Items ¨ Invitations ¨ Caterer ¨ Cake ¨ Florist/ Decorator ¨ Transportation ¨ Musicians/Entertainment/MC Though you will make the final selection, we will assist you with the booking process and support you at those key suppliers’ meetings
In addition we will: ¨ Assist with the details of your invitations. ¨ Manage your guest list. ¨ Source an appropriate supplier for your gift list. ¨ Manage on the day coordination of wedding as agreed by the client & Weddingsoul ¨ Draw up a wedding day schedule for Ceremony & Reception ¨ Logistics Coordination of all vendors ¨ Check set-up, table numbers and decor ¨ Arrangement of table and seating plans ¨ Liaise with Caterers to ensure food/service on schedule ¨ Synchronize with MC and Band/DJ ¨ Direct guests from cocktails to dinner ¨ Assemble bridal party for entrance to reception ¨ Oversee timeliness to schedule ¨ Cue couple for all events ¨ Have all gifts packed and sent to predetermined location ¨ Secure all personal items (flutes, topper, guest book etc) ¨ Further assistance will be provided for your hotel arrangements for the wedding night (if required) ¨ Oversee the delivery of gifts to the bridal suite or other agreed location
